Therefore, it will keep the material temperature below the vulcanizing temperature before the material goes to the molding process.
The traditional rubber injection mold system always have a lot of residual rubber material in the flow channel because the high temperature already makes the material be vulcanized in the first place. Furthermore, the machine helps us control the temperature precisely, so we can prevent problems before they occur such as deformation of the parts, the part is too soft or hard or short shot.
